After eating
Often Al Haetz after grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives or dates, and Borei Nefashos after other fruit.
The bracha afterward isn't decided only by the bracha before — it can depend on what you ate, how much, and how quickly. An after-bracha is said only after a minimum amount. When unsure, ask your rav.
